Chief Helicopter Instructor
Chris was one of Leading Edge Aviation’s first flight school students before he went on to work as one of our early flight instructors. After continuing his career flying contracts for a local radio show and 206 series tours in South Lake Tahoe, Chris spent eight years in Alaska including three seasons as a utility pilot for Pollux Aviation and multiple seasons flying contracts for Leading Edge Aviation for forest fires, as well as oil and gas contracts for Pathfinder Aviation.
He enjoys the “small company feel” of Leading Edge Aviation, “even though it’s grown leaps and bounds.”
While out of the office, Chris spends most of his time keeping up with his three year old daughter and five year old son, alongside his wife, which keeps them active and involved in the many great outdoor adventures that Central Oregon offers.
